Our bras are sized by band and cup, not S, M and L. On every product page, use Find your size next to the size options. Enter your underbust and bust, and it shows your EU, UK and US size and selects it for you. Our sizes are EU: bands 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 and 95 are US and UK 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 and 42. Cups A to D keep the same letter; EU E is a US and UK DD, and EU F is a UK E and a US DDD.

Yes, and that is how we size it: by band and cup, not S, M and L, so the cup is cut for your volume. On Lotus, Aura and Nika the straps are wider in larger sizes. The sizes for each style are on its product page. If yours isn't there, write to us and we'll suggest the closest fit.

Send us the size of a bra she wears now, or her underbust and bust measurements, and we'll suggest a size. If it isn't right, she can exchange it free within 30 days.

No. Every Megami bra is wire-free. Support comes from a full cup, a wide underband and a back closure with rows of hooks and eyes.

The pocket lines the whole cup, with an opening to slide in a breast form (prosthesis) after a mastectomy, lumpectomy or reconstruction. It holds symmetrical and asymmetrical forms. If you don't wear a form, you won't notice it.

No. Many women wear Megami for the structure alone: shape and support without a wire digging in.

That's a question for your surgeon or breast care nurse. Many women find a wire-free bra easier while healing. Once you have the go-ahead, send us the size of a bra that fitted you before and we'll help you choose.

The pocket is made to hold a full breast form, symmetrical or asymmetrical. Form sizes don't convert between brands, so if you're unsure, write to us with your form and your usual bra size and we'll check before you order.

Some US health plans cover post-mastectomy bras with a prescription. Rules vary by plan, so please ask yours first. We don't bill insurers directly, but we can send an itemised receipt for you to submit.

We ship from Germany with DHL, UPS or FedEx. Duties and taxes are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Delivery to the US takes 5 to 7 business days. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Exchanges and returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Write to us with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label.

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
